First, a little context

Beam Awards is where Australian founders come to be recognised for the work they are doing right now. Over three days in Brisbane, the community gathers for a Masterclass, a Cocktail Party and a Gala evening that has become one of the warmest rooms in Australian business.

The Pink Diamond Package sits alongside Beam Awards as a small, separate experience we build around the week for a handful of founders. It opens up the private moments that usually sit behind a sponsorship commitment. The corner conversations, the coffee that turns into a collaboration, the introduction that changes the course of a year.

Three seats were released for 2027. Two have already been claimed. One is still open, and when it is taken, this page will come down. There is no waitlist, no second release, no quiet extension of the offer. It was only ever three.

What being organised early actually gives you

One decision now, and April is already taken care of.

The founders who get the most out of Beam Awards are almost always the ones who confirmed early. Their flights were reasonable, their calendar was cleared months in advance, their room at The Star was locked in before the block was under pressure, and they arrived rested, present and ready for what the week actually offered.

The Pink Diamond Package is designed around that same principle. Once it is confirmed, four nights in a River King room at The Star Brisbane are yours, checking in on Wednesday 28 April and out on Sunday 2 May, with breakfast every morning and a late checkout on the Sunday so you are not rushed. Your VIP tickets for two to the Masterclass, the Cocktail Party and the Gala are held under your name. The Intensive Day on 29 April, which is otherwise reserved for our Empire Table members, is included from 8:30am. The VIP Night is yours as well.

The room is comfortable as a partner stay or a twin share with a friend or collaborator, whichever suits the week you want to have. Everything from the arrival experience to the seating on the night is handled quietly in the background, so the only thing left for you to do is turn up.

When and where is Beam Awards 2027?+
Thursday 29 April to Saturday 1 May 2027, Brisbane. Your accommodation is 4 nights at The Star Brisbane, checking in 28 April and checking out 2 May, so you are ready for the Intensive Day on 29 April at 8:30am.
How do I pay, and what happens after?+
Payment is by card via the secure Stripe checkout above. Once your payment goes through, you'll land on the confirmation page and receive an emailed receipt and tax invoice. Beck will be in touch personally within 48 hours to lock in the details.
Is the package refundable?+
No. All payments are final and non-refundable, in full or in part, regardless of reason, including change of mind, inability to attend, illness, travel disruption, or business circumstances.
Can I transfer or gift it to someone else?+
No. The package is issued to the named purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, gifted, or reassigned at any time, before or after purchase.
What's the Made You Look bonus?+
Join now and VIP tickets for 2 to Made You Look in September 2026, Brisbane, are included at no extra cost. Tickets are valued at $595+GST each. They are not available to the public. It is an exclusive offer for Pink Diamond guests only.
Can I bring a partner or twin share the room?+
Yes. VIP tickets are for 2 people, and the River King room works as either a partner stay or a twin share.
What if the event schedule changes?+
Beam in Business reserves the right to make reasonable changes to accommodation allocation, run sheet or scheduling for reasons outside our control. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible. Event dates themselves are fixed.
How many spots are there?+
One. This is the final Pink Diamond package for 2027. Once it's gone, it will not be reopened.
