Pink Diamond, Terms & Conditions

Payment of the invoice for the Pink Diamond package constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. By paying, the purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

All payments made for the Pink Diamond package are final and non-refundable, in full or in part, regardless of reason. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, illness, travel disruption, or business circumstances.

The Pink Diamond package is issued to the named purchaser. Transfer to another individual or business is permitted only with prior written approval from Beam in Business. To request a transfer, the named purchaser must email Beck Smith. Any transfer without approval is void.

The Pink Diamond package includes:

• Application fees for 3 award entries, Beam Awards 2027
• 4 nights accommodation, River King room, The Star Brisbane
• VIP tickets for 2 people to the Gala, Cocktail Party, and Masterclass
• VIP Night for 2 people
• Access to 1 Intensive Day for 2 people
• VIP tickets for 2 people to Made You Look, September 2026, Brisbane (included only when purchased within the stated offer period)

Beam Awards 2027 will be held Thursday 29 April to Saturday 1 May 2027, Brisbane. Accommodation is booked for the corresponding nights at The Star Brisbane. Dates are fixed and cannot be amended, extended, or exchanged for alternative dates.

This package is offered on a limited-time basis. Once the offer period closes or the package sells out, whichever occurs first, it will not be reopened or made available again for the 2027 event.

Beam in Business reserves the right to make reasonable changes to accommodation room allocation, event run sheet, or scheduling due to circumstances outside its control. Where changes occur, equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

Attendance at all included events is subject to standard event conduct expectations. Beam in Business reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

Questions regarding these terms should be directed to Beck Smith prior to payment. Submitting payment after receiving these terms confirms agreement and removes the ability to dispute terms after the fact.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
